Douleur et Anxiété lors de la Vaccination

                                     

                                          

En Bref
   La peur de la piqûre constitue un frein à la vaccination. Une meilleure prise en charge de l'anxiété et de la douleur lors du geste vaccinal peut améliorer l'observance pour les vaccinations. De nombreuses revues systématiques et méta-analyses de qualité, reprises dans les recommandations officielles, ont évalué les solutions pour diminuer cette appréhension et les douleurs : le comportement du vaccinateur, la position du vacciné, le geste vaccinal (pas d'aspiration, vaccins par ordre de douleur croissante, anesthésiants locaux), les recommandations propres au nourrisson (allaitement, solution sucrée, présence parentale) et à l'enfant (présence parentale, distraction).
